朗繆環(huán)保科技(天津)有限公司成立于2018年,生產(chǎn)研發(fā)基地位于天津市東麗區(qū)華明高新產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū),是一家從事氣凝膠研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的企業(yè),具備完全自主研發(fā)能力。公司取名來自于美國著名的物理化學(xué)家歐文.朗繆爾( Irving Langmuir ,1881 .1957),他是1932年諾貝爾化學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者,其最重要的貢獻(xiàn)在于提出了吸附理論。公司與同濟(jì)大學(xué)、南京工業(yè)大學(xué)、天津大學(xué)、南開大學(xué)等高校緊密合作,已獲得國家的專利授權(quán)13項(xiàng),逐步形成了以節(jié)能絕熱產(chǎn)品及環(huán)境治理產(chǎn)品為發(fā)展方向擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),產(chǎn)學(xué)研相結(jié)合的研發(fā)平臺(tái)和智能化生產(chǎn)平臺(tái)。采用溶膠凝膠法及超臨界干燥技術(shù)開發(fā)出高孔隙凝膠、有機(jī)氣凝膠等氣凝膠材料和納米復(fù)合材料,為工業(yè)、航天、軍工、建筑等領(lǐng)域絕熱節(jié)能技術(shù)的升級(jí)換代提供了可靠的產(chǎn)品。目前公司自主研發(fā)的氣凝膠絕熱氈、氣凝膠復(fù)合材料、顆粒等產(chǎn)品可應(yīng)用于不同領(lǐng)域,根據(jù)客戶的需求提供產(chǎn)品解決方案,且產(chǎn)品性能最高可達(dá)到S級(jí)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

公司目前以產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與放大生產(chǎn)為主要工作,旨在利用吸附理論,在多孔材料中設(shè)計(jì)合適的表面結(jié)構(gòu)和表面能,開發(fā)出環(huán)境保護(hù)與處理方面的一系列核心解決方案。公司的核心技術(shù)來源于同濟(jì)大學(xué)的定向開發(fā)。同濟(jì)大學(xué)物理系納米材料課題組是在德國大眾汽車基金會(huì)資助下于1992年成立的,研究內(nèi)容涉及有機(jī)、無機(jī)納米多孔材料制備及其結(jié)構(gòu)控制,電、光熱輸運(yùn)特性和節(jié)能儲(chǔ)能以及薄膜材料的摻雜改性等研究,是國際上納米多孔材料領(lǐng)域的核心單位,其技術(shù)具有先進(jìn)性。而將微結(jié)構(gòu)和表面特性調(diào)控相結(jié)合的新型吸附料研發(fā)具有吸附比例高、 吸附物質(zhì)可控、吸附速率快等特點(diǎn),而新開發(fā)的快速釋放膨脹干燥法具有設(shè)備簡單、高效、耗電少、安全、全封閉等優(yōu)點(diǎn),兩種技術(shù)相結(jié)合能產(chǎn)生性能優(yōu)異且性價(jià)比高的新型吸附產(chǎn)品,具有良好的市場前景。

Langmuir Environmental Protection Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018, and its production and R&D base is located in Huaming High tech Industrial Park, Dongli District, Tianjin. It is an enterprise engaged in the R&D and production of aerogels. Having complete independent research and development capabilities. For many years, we have closely cooperated with universities such as Tongji University, Nanjing University of Technology, Tianjin University, and Nankai University, and have obtained 13 national patent authorizations. We have gradually formed a research and development platform and intelligent production platform that combines industry, academia, and research, with independent intellectual property rights for energy-saving insulation products and environmental governance products as our development direction. 氣凝膠保溫顆粒是一種采用納米復(fù)合工藝制備的微米粒徑多孔隙半透明顆粒,內(nèi)外墻涂料、砂漿、膩?zhàn)拥冉ㄖ叵嚓P(guān)產(chǎn)品的填料應(yīng)用,涂層不受潮濕、結(jié)露以及溫度的影響,提高涂料的耐水性、耐化學(xué)腐蝕性和保溫性能。

Aerogel thermal insulation particles are a kind of micron sized porous translucent particles prepared by nano composite process. They are used as fillers for building thermal insulation related products such as interior and exterior wall coatings, mortar, putty, etc. The coating is not affected by moisture, condensation and temperature, and improve the water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and thermal insulation performance of the coating.

氣凝膠石油吸附顆粒為復(fù)合環(huán)保型油污吸附科技產(chǎn)品,在油污吸附過程中,具有吸油速度快,可在10秒至幾分鐘內(nèi)吸附飽和,吸附率在10-20倍不等,持油率高,不回流,體積輕、油品及吸附顆粒可回收再利用等特點(diǎn),是海上石油泄露、環(huán)保應(yīng)急處理的終結(jié)產(chǎn)品。

本系列產(chǎn)品是高效節(jié)能環(huán)境友好型隔熱保溫材料,采用納米氣凝膠顆粒在涂層中構(gòu)建了微觀負(fù)壓空腔結(jié)構(gòu),使產(chǎn)品獲得較低的熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù),從而使材料具有良好的隔熱保溫性能,無需很厚的涂層就能使表面溫度有明顯下降。

Nano aerogel particles are used to build a micro negative pressure cavity structure in the coating, so that the product can obtain a lower thermal conductivity, so that the material has good thermal insulation performance. 產(chǎn)品采用是氣凝膠板材與金屬板材復(fù)合成裝飾一體板,具有外形美觀、隔音及保溫隔熱效果好、防火等級(jí)A級(jí)、無毒無有害氣體釋放、厚度僅為傳統(tǒng)建筑外墻保溫的1/3、便于施工等特點(diǎn)。
